| Biography: Dianne Lorang is founder of The Write Help, a firm specializing in critiquing, content editing, re-writing, and promotion of books and book proposals. She has served as a consultant and editor for Mulberry Hill Press, publisher of Fine Black Lines: Reflections on Facing Cancer, Fear and Loneliness by Lois Tschetter Hjelmstad, currently in its fifth printing, as well as her newest book, The Last Violet: Mourning My Mother, 2002. |
She has critiqued several manuscripts, as well as written
and edited book proposals, one of which sold Saving the Bay: People
Working for the Future of the Chesapeake by Ann E. Dorbin to The Johns
Hopkins University Press, 2001. She was also the manuscript editor for
this project. Dianne has been an Assistant at MacMurray & Beck, fine publishers of literary fiction and non-fiction in Denver, Colorado, a Literary Associate at Jody Rein Books, Inc., a literary agency in Littleton, Colorado, and a Professional Tutor at the Montana State University Writing Center.
