Biography:
Andrea Engber was born on
September 19, 1949 in New York City where - at a number of highly respected
institutions - she completed her education in art and design. In 1972,
she entered the business world as an assistant editor and designer for
Bowker, a major publishing company, and later advanced in her career
from an art director for a leading Madison Avenue agency to creative
director of various advertising and marketing firms where she specialized
in automotive and toy packaging, trade advertising, video production,
brochure, literature, and book design and copywriting.
