Resources

 Organizations, newsletters, and other resources:

Partners Task Force for Gay & Lesbian Couples
The information and resources on this Web site is presented under the premise that
same-sex couples deserve the same treatment as all other couples.

Stonewall
Stonewall is the national (UK) civil rights group working for legal equality and social justice for lesbians, gay men and bisexuals. It is a respected and effective campaigning organization working with a growing network of sympathetic politicians and alongside many grass roots groups. Read the latest news and announcements from the Stonewall Press Office. We also hold an archive of material and features from our recent newsletters.

Gay Parent Magazine
Gay Parent magazine online is a resource for lesbians and gay men who are — or wish to be — parents. Published every two months on the Internet, it's also available in print. The magazine covers a wide range of topics, including adoption, donor insemination, foster and surrogate parenting, and more. The site features articles, bulletin boards, resources, and support groups, and provides many links to other related sites.

Volunteering

Burgundy Crescent Volunteers
The purpose of Burgundy Crescent Volunteers (BCV) is twofold. First, they are a source of volunteers for local and national gay and gay-friendly community organizations in the Washington, DC area. Second, they are a social organization that brings gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender singles and couples together for volunteer activities that are social in nature.
